kannur

i reached at PVA hospital in kannur.
it was rainy today, but the weather feel good for me

today, at first, i had a consaltation by the doctor, and then, i had a foot&Head, facial treatment.

after breakfast, girls in my room, gave me VASTI...indidnt know that!!

and then i had 'aviyanga' and 'NASYA'.
NASYA is put oil into my norse.

and gaven medicine, medicin....a lot of.

it felt soso, indians therapist is very powerful dont like japanese style, i think.

just now, the energy down(how can i say that...

actually,i m fine.
ayurvada treatment continue about 5 days.
